2. Responsibilities of the organization

·委员大会:是专家委员会的最高机构,由主任委员,副主任委员,秘书长、副秘书长和专家教授组成。

·顾问:对委员会各项活动进行指导。

·主任委员:专家委员会的总负责人,负责整个委员大会的运作,检查有关事项的落实情况,代表本会参加相关社会活动。

·副主任委员:制定和布置本会的工作计划,组织进行相关活动,总结本会工作,特殊情况下讨论决定本会的重大事项,协助主任委员完成各项重要社会活动。

·秘书长:日常运作的第一负责人,开展日常工作,如组织交流学习、观摩活动等。

·副秘书长:日常运作的第二负责人,协助秘书长处理各种事务性工作。

· 专家教授:研讨有关课题,参加不定期举行的论坛以及其他相应活动。

· Committee Assembly: It is the highest body of the expert Committee, consisting of the Chairman, deputy chairmen, Secretary-General, deputy Secretary-General and expert professors.

· Consultant: To guide the activities of the Committee.

· Chairman: The head of the Expert Committee, responsible for the operation of the whole committee, checking the implementation of relevant matters, and participating in relevant social activities on behalf of the Committee.

· Deputy Chairman: formulate and arrange the work plan of the Council, organize related activities, summarize the work of the Council, discuss and decide major issues of the Council under special circumstances, and assist the Chairman to complete various important social activities.

· Secretary General: the first person in charge of daily operations, carrying out daily work, such as organizing exchange, learning and observation activities, etc.

· Deputy Secretary-General: the second person in charge of day-to-day operations, assisting the Secretary-General in dealing with various routine work.

· Expert professors: discuss relevant topics, participate in irregular forums and other relevant activities.

学术交流:不定期举行各种有价值的学术交流和行业研讨活动,提高和促进供应链管理的创新。

嘉宾座谈:邀请政府官员、学者、知名专家与本会成员共同就供应链管理领域热点问题进行探讨与分析,共同提升和领悟。

考察交流:每年将根据会员的需求提供赴国内外知名企业、商学院、社会热点地区考察参观等活动。

定期论坛:每年定期举行高水平的论坛,组织学者和专家,评审和评价年度供应链管理创新性的理论、思想、实践案例,技术创新等。

咨询指导:通过与供应链行业学员交流和深入现场,为学员企业提供运营、管理和战略方面的指导。

(1) Academic exchanges: Hold various valuable academic exchanges and industry seminars from time to time to enhance and promote innovation in supply chain management.

⑵ Guest Discussion: Government officials, scholars, well-known experts and members of the Council are invited to discuss and analyze hot issues in the field of supply chain management, and jointly improve and understand.

⑶ Investigation and exchange: Every year, according to the needs of members, we will provide investigation and visit to domestic and foreign well-known enterprises, business schools, social hot spots and other activities.

(4) Regular forums: High-level forums are held regularly every year to organize scholars and experts to review and evaluate the annual supply chain management innovative theories, ideas, practical cases, technological innovations, etc.

⑸ Consulting and guidance: Provide students with operation, management and strategy guidance by communicating with students in the supply chain industry and going into the field.

二、专家委员会职责

Ⅱ. Responsibilities of the Expert Committee

·立足于供应链管理行业,SCMA联合国内外具有理论和实践相结合的供应链管理能力学术界、实践界人士,形成了一支高水平的供应链管理专业研究团队,推动供应链管理人才的培养。

·研究国内外供应链管理理论与创新思路,结合企业实际,进行创新,以提高供应链管理水平。同时,委员会还注重国际化供应链管理思维的传播与构建,助力学员了解供应链管理前沿动态。

·研究全球供应链管理现状,以保证本土企业供应链管理与国际接轨,达到国际供应链管理水平。

·不定期组织论坛与学术交流活动,邀请知名专家为学员带去有关供应链管理的最新动态,为学员搭建一个共享交流、提升人脉关系的交流平台。

· Based on the supply chain management industry, SCMA has formed a high-level professional research team of supply chain management with scholars and practitioners who are capable of combining theory and practice, and promote the cultivation of supply chain management talents.

· Studied domestic and foreign supply chain management theories and innovative ideas, combined with the actual situation of enterprises, and made innovations to improve the supply chain management level. At the same time, the committee also focuses on the dissemination and construction of international supply chain management thinking, helping students to understand the forefront of supply chain management.

· Study the current situation of global supply chain management, so as to ensure that the supply chain management of local enterprises is in line with international standards and can reach the level of international supply chain management.

· Organize forums and academic exchange activities from time to time, invite famous experts to bring the latest trends of supply chain management to students, and build an exchange platform for students to share and communicate and improve their interpersonal relationships.

三、专家委员会特点

Ⅲ. Features of the Expert Committee

1.遴选标准严格

(1)SCMA专家委员会的专家至少具备10年企业相关岗位的工作经验,具有相关专业本科以上的学历;

(2)专家至少有2年以上的授课经验,有一定的授课技巧和课堂管理能力

(3)专家至少具备1-3年供应链管理方面的顾问咨询经验

1. Strict selection criteria

(1) The experts of the SCMA Expert Committee shall have at least 10 years' working experience in relevant positions in the enterprise, and have a bachelor's degree or above in the relevant major;

(2) The expert has at least 2 years of teaching experience, and has certain teaching skills and classroom management ability

(3) The expert should have at least 1-3 years of consulting experience in supply chain management

2.专家实战能力强

培训老师不仅可以教授学员专业知识,还可以结合实践工作经验与学员进行互动讨论,帮助学员解决实践中遇到的复杂问题, 提升学员的供应链管理实战技能。SCMA专家委员会的专家实战经验均在10年以上,曾任职于央企、国企、跨国企业等多类型企业,实战经验丰富。另外,多名专家具有丰富的咨询服务经验,为香港长江实业、新世界集团、国泰航空等著名企业提供供应链管理咨询,构建了完善的供应链管理体系。

2. Experts have strong practical ability

Training teachers can not only teach students professional knowledge, but also have interactive discussions with students based on practical work experience to help students solve complex problems encountered in practice and improve their practical skills of supply chain management. All the experts in SCMA Expert Committee have more than 10 years of actual combat experience. They have worked in many types of enterprises, such as central enterprises, state-owned enterprises and multinational enterprises, and have rich actual combat experience. In addition, a number of experts have rich experience in consulting services, providing supply chain management consulting for Hong Kong Cheung Kong, New World Group, Cathay Pacific Airways and other famous enterprises, and building a complete supply chain management system.
